Terms & conditions

1. The promoter

1.1 Pack ‘n’ Pulls is operated by Pack’n’Pulls Limited (Company Number 17403988), registered at 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX, UK.

1.2 Contact: support@packnpulls.com.

2. Free Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary)

2.1 You do not need to purchase a ticket to enter any Pack ‘n’ Pulls raffle. Each valid free entry is treated in the same manner as a paid entry for the purposes of the draw and has the same chance of being selected as any other valid entry.

2.2 To enter a raffle for free, you must:

(a) create and maintain a Pack ‘n’ Pulls account; and

(b) submit your entry by ordinary post to:

[FREE POSTAL ENTRY ADDRESS]

2.3 Your postal entry must clearly state:

(a) your full name;

(b) the email address registered to your Pack ‘n’ Pulls account;

(c) the raffle you wish to enter; and

(d) your full postal address.

2.4 Ensure that the entry is hand-written. Typed, printed, photocopied, computer-generated or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted and will be disqualified without notification or refund of postage. The hand-writing must be legible – incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;

2.5 Each envelope containing a valid postal entry will count as one free entry into the specified raffle.

2.6 You may submit multiple envelopes and therefore make multiple free entries into the same raffle, provided that each envelope contains the required information and complies with these Terms and Conditions.

2.7 No purchase or payment is required to submit a free entry. Pack ‘n’ Pulls will not charge any fee for submitting a free entry beyond the entrant’s ordinary cost of postage.

2.8 Free postal entries must be received by Pack ‘n’ Pulls before the published closing date and time for the relevant raffle.

2.9 The date on which the entry is received by Pack ‘n’ Pulls will determine whether it has been submitted within the applicable entry period.

2.10 Valid free entries will be included in the same draw pool as paid entries and will be subject to exactly the same draw process.

2.11 Our draw system will not distinguish between paid and free entries when determining the winner.

2.12 The free postal entry route will be displayed with equal prominence to the paid entry route on each relevant raffle page.

2.13 To be valid, your postal entry must be received by the Promoter (at the postal address set out in clause 2.2 by no later than 5:00pm (GMT or BST as applicable) on the working day immediately preceding the Closing Date of the Competition you wish to enter. The Promoter recommends allowing at least 3 to 5 working days for Royal Mail delivery. Postal entries received after this cut-off may be disqualified or, at the Promoter’s discretion, applied to a later eligible Competition.

2.14 The Promoter will process valid postal entries within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. Once processed, the entry will be applied to the entrant’s registered Website account in the same manner as a paid entry, and an allocated ticket number (or numbers) will be visible in the entrant’s account. The application of the entry to the account constitutes acknowledgement of receipt; the Promoter will not separately notify entrants of receipt by email, post or telephone.

2.15 If the maximum number of paid entries for a Competition is reached before a postal entry is received, the postal entry will not be entered into that Competition. In such circumstances the Promoter is not obliged to refund postage costs or to apply the entry to an alternative Competition. Entrants are encouraged to send postal entries as early as possible to reduce the risk of a Competition reaching its entry cap before their entry arrives.

2.16 The Promoter will not return postcards, envelopes or any materials submitted as part of a postal entry.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Pack ‘n’ Pulls raffles are open to individuals who:

(a) are aged 18 years or over at the time of entering;

(b) are ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland; and

(c) comply with these Terms and Conditions and any additional eligibility requirements stated for the relevant raffle.

3.2 You must hold a valid Pack ‘n’ Pulls account to enter a raffle.

3.3 Entrants must provide a valid email address when creating a Pack 'n' Pulls account. Entrants are required to verify their email address through the verification process provided by Pack 'n' Pulls before they are permitted to enter a raffle.

3.4 The email address associated with an entrant's account must be accurate and kept up to date. Where a free postal entry is submitted, the email address stated on the postal entry must correspond with the verified email address associated with the entrants Pack 'n' Pulls account.

3.5 Your account information must be accurate and kept up to date.

3.6 Free postal entries must also be submitted using the details associated with the entrant’s Pack ‘n’ Pulls account, as set out in Section 2.

3.7 Employees, directors and other individuals directly involved in the operation or administration of Pack ‘n’ Pulls are not eligible to enter any raffle.

3.8 To maintain the fairness and integrity of our raffles, members of the immediate family or household of any Pack ‘n’ Pulls employee, director or person directly involved in administering a raffle are also not eligible to enter that raffle.

3.9 For these purposes, immediate family includes a spouse, civil partner, parent, child, sibling or person living in the same household.

3.10 Pack ‘n’ Pulls reserves the right to require a winner to provide reasonable evidence of their age, identity, eligibility and/or UK residency before a prize is awarded.

3.11 This may include requesting appropriate identification or other information reasonably required to verify eligibility.

3.12 If an entrant is found to be ineligible, provides false or misleading information, or is unable to satisfy reasonable verification requirements, Pack ‘n’ Pulls reserves the right to disqualify the relevant entry and, where applicable, select another winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3.13 Eligibility requirements apply equally to paid and free entries.

4. Entries & Limits

4.1 Each raffle will have a maximum number of entries available.

4.2 The total number of entries available for a particular raffle will be clearly displayed on the relevant raffle page.

4.3 Each raffle will also have a maximum number of entries that an individual entrant may hold.

4.4 The applicable maximum will be clearly stated on the relevant raffle page before an entry is purchased or submitted.

4.5 The maximum number of entries applies to each individual entrant in total, regardless of whether those entries are obtained through paid entry or the free postal entry route.

4.6 For example, where a raffle has a maximum of 100 entries per person, an entrant may hold no more than 100 valid entries in total for that raffle, whether those entries are paid entries, free entries, or a combination of both.

4.7 Paid entries will be automatically allocated unique ticket numbers upon successful purchase.

4.8 Valid free postal entries will also be allocated unique ticket numbers and will be included in the same draw pool as paid entries.

4.9 Where an individual raffle has a specific entry limit or other entry restriction, the limit or restriction displayed on that raffle page will apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

4.10 Our website will prevent an entrant from purchasing paid entries that would cause them to exceed the applicable maximum entry limit for that raffle.

4.11 We will not knowingly accept or allocate paid entries above the stated maximum.

4.12 Where a valid free postal entry would cause an entrant to exceed the applicable maximum number of entries for a raffle, the entry will not be added to that raffle.

4.13 We will contact the entrant using the email address associated with their Pack ‘n’ Pulls account to discuss an alternative available raffle into which the free entry may be transferred, subject to the terms and entry limits of that raffle.

4.14 The maximum total number of entries for each raffle may be reached before the published closing date.

4.15 Where this occurs, the raffle will be considered sold out and no further paid entries will be available for purchase.

4.16 The treatment of free postal entries received after a raffle has sold out is set out in Section 2.

5. Fair Play, Fraud & Account Abuse

5.1 Each entrant must enter raffles using their own genuine personal details and must not create, use or control multiple Pack ‘n’ Pulls accounts for the purpose of circumventing any entry limit or other restriction.

5.2 An entrant must not use another person’s account, identity, payment method or other details to circumvent an applicable entry limit or any other restriction contained in these Terms and Conditions.

5.3 The use of bots, automated systems, scripts or other automated methods to purchase entries, submit entries, create accounts or otherwise obtain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

5.4 Entrants must not attempt to manipulate, interfere with or obtain unauthorised access to any part of the Pack ‘n’ Pulls website, entry system, ticket-allocation system, draw process or draw-verification system, or otherwise attempt to influence the outcome of a raffle improperly.

5.5 Entrants must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account and entering a raffle.

5.6 Providing false, misleading or deliberately incomplete information, including information relating to identity, age, address or contact details, is prohibited.

5.7 Entrants must not use fraudulent, unauthorised or improperly obtained payment methods to purchase entries.

5.8 Where Pack ‘n’ Pulls reasonably believes that an entrant has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, deceptive or manipulative activity, or has otherwise attempted to circumvent these Terms and Conditions, we may take any action reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the relevant raffle, including:

(a) invalidating affected entries;

(b) suspending or closing the entrant’s account;

(c) preventing further entries from being made;

(d) refusing to recognise affected entries; and/or

(e) refusing to award a prize where the entrant is subsequently determined to be ineligible.

5.9 Where entries are invalidated as a result of deliberate fraud, abuse or manipulation, Pack ‘n’ Pulls reserves the right not to refund the associated entry fees, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5.10 Pack ‘n’ Pulls may investigate suspected fraudulent, abusive or manipulative activity and retain appropriate records for this purpose.

5.11 Information may include account information, transaction records, entry history, communications and technical information collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

5.12 The existence of multiple genuine entrants at the same residential address does not, by itself, constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

5.13 Each individual entrant must, however, enter using their own account and personal details and must not act on behalf of another entrant or use their account to circumvent an applicable entry limit.

5.14 Family members, friends or other individuals may independently enter the same raffle provided that each entrant is a genuine individual participant and complies with these Terms and Conditions.

5.15 Directors, employees and other persons directly involved in the operation or administration of Pack ‘n’ Pulls raffles, together with their immediate family members, are not permitted to enter Pack ‘n’ Pulls raffles.

6. Closing Date & Draw

6.1 Each raffle will have a clearly stated closing date and time, which will be displayed on the relevant raffle page from the time the raffle is launched.

6.2 The closing date and time will be fixed when the raffle is launched and will not ordinarily be extended.

6.3 If the maximum number of entries for a raffle is reached before the published closing date, the raffle will close to further entries and will be removed from the active raffles page.

6.4 It will then be displayed on our Awaiting Draw page until the draw takes place on the published draw date.

6.5 A raffle that sells out before its published closing date will not be drawn early solely because it has sold out.

6.6 The draw will take place on the published draw date.

6.7 The winning entry will be selected no later than 3 days after the published closing date, using the predetermined random draw process described in Section 7.

7. Random Draw Process

7.1 Pack ‘n’ Pulls uses a cryptographic SHA-256 commitment and reveal process to determine the winning ticket.

7.2 Before a raffle is made available for entries, Pack ‘n’ Pulls will generate a secret random value (the “Draw Seed”).

7.3 The SHA-256 cryptographic hash of the Draw Seed will then be generated and published before entries can be submitted.

7.4 The published SHA-256 hash acts as a commitment to the Draw Seed.

7.5 Once the hash has been published, the Draw Seed cannot be changed without the published hash no longer matching the original value.

7.6 After the raffle has closed, the original Draw Seed will be revealed and used in accordance with our published draw methodology to determine the winning ticket number from the complete pool of valid entries.

7.7 The draw methodology will use the Draw Seed and the total number of valid entries to produce a winning ticket number.

7.8 Each valid ticket number within the raffle’s entry pool will have an equal opportunity of being selected.

7.9 Paid and free entries are included in the same draw pool and are treated identically by the draw process.

7.10 The draw process does not distinguish between how an entry was obtained.

7.11 Each valid entry will have a unique ticket number.

7.12 The winning ticket number will be determined automatically by the predetermined draw process and will not be manually selected by Pack ‘n’ Pulls employees or directors.

7.13 Following the draw, the Draw Seed and the information necessary to reproduce and verify the result will be made available through the Draw Verification page on the Pack ‘n’ Pulls website.

7.14 This will allow entrants to:

(a) compare the revealed Draw Seed against the SHA-256 commitment that was published before the raffle opened;

(b) verify that the Draw Seed has not been changed since the commitment was published; and

(c) independently reproduce the draw result using the published draw methodology and verify the winning ticket number.

7.15 Pack ‘n’ Pulls will retain an auditable record of each draw, including the published commitment, the revealed Draw Seed, the number of valid entries and the resulting winning ticket number.

7.16 There will normally be one winner per raffle unless the relevant raffle page expressly states otherwise.

8. Changes to Closing Dates

8.1 Pack ‘n’ Pulls will not ordinarily change a published closing date.

8.2 A closing date may only be changed in exceptional circumstances where this is reasonably necessary and where continuing with the original date would not be fair or reasonably practicable.

8.3 Any material change to a published closing date will be communicated to entrants as soon as reasonably practicable and the relevant raffle page and applicable terms will be updated accordingly.

9. Notifying Winners

9.1 Following the draw, the winning entrant will be contacted by Pack ‘n’ Pulls using the contact details associated with their Pack ‘n’ Pulls account.

9.2 Where a prize is to be delivered, the winner will be required to provide a valid UK postal address for the purpose of fulfilling the prize.

9.3 The postal address provided by the winner must be an address at which can receive the prize within the United Kingdom. Pack 'n' Pulls may request reasonable additional information where necessary to verify the delivery address or arrange delivery.

9.4 A postal address will not be required at the time of account registration or entry and will only be collected where reasonably necessary, including following a successful prize draw.

9.5 Email will be our primary method of contacting the winner.

9.6 Where a telephone number has been provided, we may also contact the winner by telephone.

9.7 We will make at least three reasonable attempts to contact the winner during the 30-day period following the date on which the winner is first notified.

9.8 The winner must respond to our notification and successfully complete any reasonable age, identity and eligibility verification requested by Pack ‘n’ Pulls before the prize can be awarded.

9.9 The winner will have 30 days from the date of the initial winner notification to claim the prize.

9.10 If the winner does not respond within this period, cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, or fails to satisfy the applicable eligibility or verification requirements, the prize may be treated as forfeited.

9.11 Where a prize is forfeited, Pack ‘n’ Pulls will select a replacement winner using the same random draw process described in Section 7.

9.12 The replacement winner will be subject to the same notification, verification and claiming requirements.

9.13 If a replacement winner does not claim the prize within the applicable 30-day period, or cannot satisfy the applicable eligibility or verification requirements, Pack ‘n’ Pulls may repeat the process until the prize is successfully awarded to an eligible winner.

10. Publication of Winners

10.1 To demonstrate that prizes have been awarded fairly and that a valid award has taken place, Pack ‘n’ Pulls will publish the following information on its Past Winners page:

(a) the winner’s first name;

(b) the initial of the winner’s surname;

(c) the county in which the winner resides; and

(d) the winning ticket number.

10.2 Entrants will be informed at or before the time of entry that this information may be published.

10.3 A winner may contact Pack ‘n’ Pulls to request that the amount of personal information published is reduced where they have a reasonable privacy concern.

10.4 Pack ‘n’ Pulls will consider such requests in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

10.5 Where a winner objects to publication or requests reduced publication, Pack ‘n’ Pulls may still be required to provide appropriate evidence of the winner and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority or another relevant authority if required.

10.6 Pack ‘n’ Pulls will not publish unnecessary personal information about winners and will not use a winner’s name, image or other personal information for additional marketing or promotional purposes without the appropriate consent.

11. Prizes, Delivery & Cash Alternative

11.1 The prize or prizes available for each raffle will be clearly described on the relevant raffle page.

11.2 The stated prize value will represent the combined value of the prize or prizes being offered.

11.3 Prizes may consist of sealed, unopened or previously opened Pokémon and/or trading card products, depending on the particular raffle.

11.4 The condition of each prize will be clearly described on the relevant raffle page.

11.5 Pack ‘n’ Pulls may launch a raffle before the relevant prize stock is physically held by us.

11.6 We will ensure that the advertised prize can be sourced and awarded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

11.7 The prize will be awarded to the eligible winner as described on the relevant raffle page.

11.8 Pack ‘n’ Pulls will not substitute the advertised prize simply because the prize is unavailable at a lower cost or because the raffle does not reach a particular level of entries.

11.9 If, due to circumstances outside Pack ‘n’ Pulls’ reasonable control, we are unable to provide the exact prize advertised, we may provide a reasonable equivalent prize of a similar nature and of equal or greater value.

11.10 Where a cash alternative is available, this will be clearly stated on the relevant raffle page before entry.

11.11 The applicable cash alternative amount will also be stated on the relevant raffle page.

11.12 Where a cash alternative is expressly offered, the winner may choose between the advertised prize and the stated cash alternative, subject to any conditions clearly disclosed for that raffle.

11.13 Unless otherwise stated on the relevant raffle page, Pack ‘n’ Pulls will cover the reasonable cost of delivery of the prize to the winner’s UK address.

11.14 Following successful winner notification and completion of any required age, identity and eligibility checks, Pack ‘n’ Pulls will normally dispatch the prize within 14 days.

11.15 Delivery is available to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

11.16 Pack ‘n’ Pulls will provide the winner with appropriate delivery information once the prize has been dispatched.

11.17 The winner is not required to make any payment to Pack ‘n’ Pulls to receive or claim their prize.

12. Prize Authenticity & Condition

12.1 The condition and status of each prize will be clearly stated on the relevant raffle page.

12.2 This may include whether a product is factory sealed, opened, graded, ungraded or otherwise.

12.3 Where a prize consists of an opened product, the relevant raffle page will clearly state that the product has been opened and, where applicable, will describe the contents included as part of the prize.

12.4 Where a specific card or product is graded, the relevant raffle page will state the grading company and grade.

12.5 Where applicable, the relevant certification number may also be provided.

12.6 Pack ‘n’ Pulls will only describe a product as sealed where the original manufacturer’s seal remains intact.

12.7 Products that have been opened or where the original manufacturer’s seal has been compromised will not be described as factory sealed.

12.8 Where a prize consists of an ungraded or raw trading card, no particular grading outcome or future valuation is guaranteed.

12.9 Any condition description provided by Pack ‘n’ Pulls is not a guarantee of the grade that may subsequently be assigned by a third-party grading company.

12.10 Where graded cards are offered as prizes, Pack ‘n’ Pulls will use established third-party grading companies and the applicable grading company and grade will be stated on the relevant raffle page.

12.11 Any material damage, defects or significant imperfections affecting the condition or presentation of a prize will be disclosed on the relevant raffle page.

12.12 Minor signs of normal storage or handling will not necessarily be individually disclosed where they do not materially affect the advertised condition of the prize.

12.13 Where reasonably practicable, photographs displayed on a raffle page will be photographs of the actual prize or prizes being offered.

12.14 Unless expressly stated otherwise, the photographs will represent the actual items that the winner will receive.

12.15 Where a raffle consists of multiple products, the relevant raffle page will clearly identify the products and quantities included in the prize.

12.16 Pack ‘n’ Pulls sources certain prizes from the secondary market.

12.17 Before a prize is awarded, the relevant products will be inspected by Pack ‘n’ Pulls to assess their authenticity, condition and conformity with the prize advertised.

12.18 Pack ‘n’ Pulls will not knowingly supply counterfeit or unauthorised Pokémon trading cards or products.

12.19 Where Pack ‘n’ Pulls has reasonable grounds to believe that a product may be counterfeit, unauthorised or materially different from the prize advertised, that product will not be knowingly awarded as the advertised prize.

12.20 The value stated for a prize on the relevant raffle page will generally be based on the current market value of the advertised products at the time the raffle is created.

12.21 The stated prize value is provided for information purposes and does not represent a guaranteed resale value or future market value.

12.22 Where the prize comprises multiple products, the stated prize value will represent the combined current market value of those products.

13. Refunds

13.1 Once a paid entry has been successfully submitted and allocated to a raffle, the entry fee is generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or under these Terms and Conditions.

13.2 You should carefully check the raffle, number of entries and entry details before completing your purchase.

13.3 If Pack ‘n’ Pulls cancels a raffle before the draw takes place, all successfully purchased paid entries for that raffle will be refunded in full.

13.4 If payment is successfully taken but an entry is not successfully allocated to the relevant raffle due to a technical or administrative error, the affected payment will be refunded.

13.5 If an entrant is charged more than once for the same entry due to a technical or payment processing error, the duplicate or erroneous payment will be refunded.

13.6 Where a refund is due, Pack ‘n’ Pulls will normally process the refund to the original payment method used for the transaction.

13.7 Refunds may take additional time to appear in an entrant’s account depending on the payment provider or financial institution used.

13.8 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

14. Complaints

14.1 We want Pack ‘n’ Pulls raffles to be operated fairly, transparently and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

14.2 If you have a complaint or believe that something has gone wrong with a raffle, please contact us at support@packnpulls.com.

14.3 When contacting us, please provide your name, registered email address, raffle details and, where applicable, your ticket number, together with a clear description of your complaint and any relevant supporting information.

14.4 We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to investigate and resolve it as promptly as reasonably possible.

14.5 Where appropriate, we may request additional information from you to allow us to investigate the matter fully.

14.6 We will consider complaints fairly and objectively and will provide an explanation of the outcome once our investigation is complete.

14.7 If your complaint relates to the administration or outcome of a particular raffle, we may temporarily suspend any relevant action where reasonably necessary while we investigate the matter.

14.8 Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights or remedies available to you.

15. Data Protection

15.1 Pack ‘n’ Pulls will collect and process personal information where reasonably necessary to administer its raffles, manage entrant accounts, allocate entries, conduct draws, contact winners, fulfil prizes, deal with enquiries and complaints, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

15.2 When creating an account, entrants will be required to provide their full name, email address and date of birth.

15.3 Entrants must provide accurate information and keep their account information up to date.

15.4 Entry information will be linked to the entrant’s Pack ‘n’ Pulls account so that we can administer the relevant raffle and apply any applicable entry limits.

15.5 For free postal entries, entrants must provide the information required by Section 2.

15.6 The email address provided with a postal entry must correspond with the email address associated with the entrant’s Pack ‘n’ Pulls account so that the entry can be identified and allocated correctly.

15.7 The email address provided with a valid free postal entry may be used to notify the entrant of their allocated ticket number and for other communications reasonably necessary to administer that entry.

15.8 Where a winner is selected, Pack ‘n’ Pulls may request reasonable additional information where necessary to verify eligibility, administer the prize or arrange delivery.

15.9 This may include information required to confirm the winner’s identity, age or delivery details.

15.10 Any information requested will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

15.11 Payment information for paid entries will be processed by our payment service provider, Stripe, and Pack ‘n’ Pulls will not ordinarily have access to or store full payment card details.

15.12 Where entrants have separately opted in to receive marketing communications, Pack ‘n’ Pulls may use their contact details to send information about new raffles, promotions and other relevant Pack ‘n’ Pulls communications.

15.13 Entrants may withdraw their marketing consent or unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

15.14 Withdrawal of marketing consent will not affect the validity of an entry or an entrant’s ability to participate in future raffles.

15.15 Information required to demonstrate that a valid prize has been awarded may be published on our Past Winners page in accordance with Section 10.

15.16 This may include the winner’s first name, surname initial, county and winning ticket number.

15.17 Entrants may contact Pack ‘n’ Pulls to request reduced publication of their personal information where they have a reasonable privacy concern.

15.18 The information made available through our Draw Verification page will be limited to information necessary to independently verify the draw and will not include personal information about individual entrants.

15.19 Pack ‘n’ Pulls may share personal information with trusted third parties where reasonably necessary to operate the business and administer raffles, including payment providers, technology and service providers, professional advisers and delivery or fulfilment providers where applicable.

15.20 Pack ‘n’ Pulls will retain personal information for no longer than is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including administering raffles, dealing with complaints or disputes, maintaining appropriate records of draws and transactions, and complying with legal and accounting obligations.

15.21 Further information about how Pack ‘n’ Pulls collects, uses, stores and protects personal information, together with information about individuals’ data protection rights, is set out in our Privacy Policy.

16. Fairness, Transparency & Compliance

16.1 Pack ‘n’ Pulls operates its raffles as free draws, with both paid and free routes of entry available.

16.2 You do not need to make a purchase to enter any raffle.

16.3 Our free postal entry route is available in accordance with the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions and on the relevant raffle page.

16.4 Each valid free entry is included in the same draw pool as paid entries and has the same chance of being selected as any other valid entry.

16.5 Our draw process does not distinguish between paid and free entries.

16.6 We are committed to operating our raffles fairly and transparently.

16.7 Each raffle will have clearly stated entry limits, closing dates, prize details and, where applicable, cash alternative details.

16.8 Our random draw process uses a cryptographic SHA-256 commitment and reveal system.

16.9 The commitment is published before entries are accepted and the information required to verify the draw is made available following the draw.

16.10 Entrants can use our Draw Verification page to independently check the result.

16.11 We will maintain appropriate records of entries, draws, winners and relevant communications to support the fair and transparent administration of our raffles.

16.12 Pack ‘n’ Pulls does not encourage entrants to spend more than they can afford.

16.13 Entrants should make their own decisions about whether and how many paid entries to purchase.

16.14 If you have any concerns regarding the operation of a raffle, including the free entry route or the draw process, please contact us at support@packnpulls.com.

16.15 Pack ‘n’ Pulls is not a licensed gambling operator.

16.16 Our raffles are intended to operate as free draws rather than lotteries and are structured accordingly.

16.17 We will review our processes regularly to ensure that our raffles continue to comply with applicable legal and advertising requirements.

17. General Terms

17.1 Each individual raffle operated by Pack ‘n’ Pulls constitutes a separate promotion and is governed by these Terms and Conditions together with the specific terms and information displayed on the relevant raffle page.

17.2 The relevant raffle page will set out the key terms applicable to that raffle, including:

(a) the prize;

(b) prize value;

(c) entry price;

(d) maximum number of entries;

(e) maximum number of entries permitted per person;

(f) closing date and time;

(g) applicable free entry route;

(h) cash alternative where applicable; and

(i) any relevant prize condition or restrictions.

17.3 Where a term stated specifically on an individual raffle page conflicts with these General Terms and Conditions, the specific term applicable to that raffle will take precedence to the extent of that conflict.

17.4 Pack ‘n’ Pulls may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time where reasonably necessary.

17.5 Any changes will apply from the date they are published and will not retrospectively alter the terms of a raffle that an entrant has already entered, except where a change is required by law or regulation.

17.6 Pack ‘n’ Pulls will not ordinarily amend or extend the closing date of a live raffle.

17.7 We reserve the right to amend or cancel a raffle in exceptional circumstances where this is reasonably necessary, including where circumstances outside our reasonable control make the advertised raffle impossible or unlawful to operate.

17.8 Where a raffle is cancelled, we will provide affected entrants with appropriate information regarding the treatment of their entries and any refunds due.

17.9 Pack ‘n’ Pulls will not be responsible for any failure, delay or disruption caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including website or internet failures, payment-provider or other third-party service failures, postal delays, technical problems or other events beyond our reasonable control.

17.10 Nothing in this provision permits Pack ‘n’ Pulls to unfairly disadvantage an entrant or excludes any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17.11 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17.12 If Pack ‘n’ Pulls does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms and Conditions, this does not prevent us from enforcing that provision or any other provision at a later date.

17.13 Pack ‘n’ Pulls may transfer or assign its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary in connection with a sale, restructuring, transfer or other change in ownership of the business, provided that this does not adversely affect the rights of entrants.

17.14 These Terms and Conditions, together with the relevant individual raffle page and any documents expressly incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy, constitute the terms governing participation in the relevant raffle.

17.15 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

17.16 Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable law provides otherwise or where mandatory consumer rights require otherwise.
