Frequently asked questions
The quick answers. If your question isn't here, get in touch on the Contact page.
▸ Do I have to pay to enter?
No. Every raffle has a free postal entry route with exactly the same chance of winning as a paid ticket. See the Free Postal Entry page for how to enter.
▸ How is the winner chosen?
By a fair, random draw. When the raffle closes, the winning ticket is chosen using a public source of randomness that no one, including us, can control or predict, and you can check the result yourself on the raffle's page afterwards.
▸ When does the draw happen?
As soon as reasonably possible after a raffle's closing time. The winning ticket is determined by the fair process described in How It Works.
▸ How will I know if I've won?
Winners are contacted by email (and phone where provided) using the details on your account, so please keep them up to date. Winners are also shown on the Past Winners page.
▸ How many tickets can I buy?
You can enter for as many tickets as you like unless a specific raffle sets a per-person limit, which would be shown on that raffle.
▸ Who can enter?
You must be 18 or over and a UK resident. We may ask you to verify your age and identity before a prize is sent.
▸ How and when do I get my prize?
We'll contact the winner to arrange delivery. Delivery times can vary (for example with upcoming product releases), and we'll always keep you updated.
▸ Can I get a refund?
Entry fees are generally non-refundable once you've entered. Full details are in the Terms & Conditions.
